What does an RM label scan record?
Our warehouse scan matches the label reference to the parcel and handling record. Carrier acceptance, proof of posting and Royal Mail tracking events depend on the actual posting route and carrier processing.
How do dropshipping and China sourcing fit?
We offer these supply chain services for your own store and other channels that permit the selling model. For Vinted fulfilment, first check the actual account type, item eligibility and available stock under its current Catalogue Rules, then follow the label and shipping route issued for the sold order. A fulfilment arrangement does not establish permission to list new commercial stock or source an unavailable item after sale.
What do you need to quote the work?
Send the service tasks, stock or parcel location, item quantities, packed measurements, label sample, order volumes and required dates. We confirm handling, storage, postage arrangements and charges for your operation.
Which handling records can I request?
Tell us which checks and records you need before work starts. We confirm what is available for your service and posting route and provide it within the agreed scope. This may include receiving checks, item-to-order mapping, label matching, agreed packing checks or photos and available handover records. Where return information is included, keep the original and return parcel references separate and linked to the order. An internal scan does not create Royal Mail acceptance or determine a Vinted refund.
What if the label and parcel do not match?
We ask you to confirm the order, item, label and packed parcel details before the agreed dispatch step. Any replacement label must follow that order’s current platform and carrier instructions. Share the corrected instructions so the parcel can be prepared for the right route.
