Ask the team to identify included charges, excluded charges and the point where delivery responsibility ends.

Per-parcel rules

Confirm the carrier, packed weight / dimensions, divisor, size limits and rounding. A small parcel still needs a precise description, value and UK postcode.

Service surcharges

Ask about fuel, remote-area, oversized / additional handling, return and address-correction charges for the selected service.

UK arrival & delivery

Identify clearance / handling, duty and VAT, transfer and last-mile delivery separately. Review the postcode, oversized cargo and receiving appointment.

Handover responsibilities

Packing → assigned carrier

Agree carton contents and labels before handover. Keep each parcel reference and use the actual assigned carrier’s tracking; request separate confirmation for parcel consolidation via our CAN / HKG–LHR lane.

Delivery & responsibility

Consignee, UK postcode, address / airport / port / warehouse endpoint, receiving restrictions and appointment needs. Confirm customs agent, importer, tax payer and charges included.

Cargo acceptance review

Share the exact product, material / use and packing details. Batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, food, cosmetics and wood packaging need service-specific review; a product category alone does not confirm acceptance.
