SHIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Confirm cargo-ready date separately from the required arrival date.
- Provide packed dimensions and gross weight for each piece.
- Batteries, liquids, magnetic and other special cargo need prior review.
- Agree transport, customs, tax and final-delivery responsibilities separately.
Air freight is mainly coordinated through CAN with China Southern (CZ / 784), or HKG with Cathay Pacific (CX / 160), to London LHR. The selected departure and shipment arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.

Cost factors
Ask the team to identify included charges, excluded charges and the point where delivery responsibility ends.
Air & gateway charges
Confirm freight, fuel / security adjustments, origin handling, export clearance and AWB-related charges for the selected departure.
UK arrival & delivery
Identify clearance / handling, duty and VAT, transfer and last-mile delivery separately. Review the postcode, oversized cargo and receiving appointment.
Handover responsibilities
Guangzhou → CAN / HKG
Agree supplier receiving, consolidation, parcel bagging, final measurements and export paperwork before release to the agreed air gateway.
LHR → UK recipient
Our Royal Mail partner coordinates UK clearance, transfer and delivery after LHR arrival. Confirm the importer, taxes and delivery scope for your shipment.
CZ / 784 and CX / 160 identify airlines and AWB prefixes. They are not flight numbers or a confirmed schedule.
Cargo acceptance review
Share the exact product, material / use and packing details. Batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, food, cosmetics and wood packaging need service-specific review; a product category alone does not confirm acceptance.
