The consumer Tracked 24 page gives a next working day delivery aim, with postcode exceptions. It should not be described as a guaranteed 24-hour delivery promise. Check the current conditions for the product and booking channel you use.
For China–UK parcels, international transport, customs processing and UK handover are separate stages. The UK delivery aim does not establish the total journey time from China.
